Modular Multiplex Housing

This modular multiplex residential project is made with a repeatable steel and concrete hybrid structure. Depending on the lot frontage this project can expand in width. The external staircase is shared between the units and reduces the need for heating of that exterior space. The rooftop of this project features solar panels for addition sustainable features.
