Back-to-Back Townhomes Mississauga

This back-to-back townhome project in Mississauga reimagines an underutilized corner lot, transforming a single bungalow into a ten-unit residential development that makes the most of every square meter.

The project required a full Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit the intensification of the site, which Goodplace Design prepared and submitted as part of the full permit package. The design is clean and straightforward, a simple grey brick exterior gives the building a timeless, low-maintenance finish that fits comfortably within the existing neighbourhood character. Rooftop terraces add a premium amenity for residents, bringing private outdoor space to a dense urban typology where it is often missing.

This project is a strong example of how thoughtful infill development can add meaningful housing to established GTA neighbourhoods without disrupting their character.
