Restaurant Zoning Application

This project involved a full Zoning Applicable Law Certificate Application for a mixed-use building in Rosedale, Toronto. The building owner sought to convert an upper ground floor retail space into a restaurant use, a change that required City approval to permit the new commercial activity within the existing zoning framework. Goodplace Design provided architectural services, prepared and submitted the full ZAP application to the City of Toronto, coordinating the required documentation and working through the planning process on behalf of the client. The application is currently under City review.
